Shipping Policy:

  2. Shipping Methods: We prioritize efficient delivery, aiming to ship orders within 2-3 business days within the UAE and 5-7 business days internationally.
  3. Shipping Costs: We offer free international shipping.
  4. International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  2. Return & Exchange Process: To begin a return or exchange, kindly reach out to our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return/exchange. Once approved, you will receive a return/exchange authorization along with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. 
  4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
